It‘s easy:

1. Open any QR code scanning app or the Eppendorf App on your mobile device. If you use the Eppendorf App, go to the epPoints area.
2. Scan the QR code on the epPoints label with the camera.
3. On the page that opens, log in with your myEppendorf account or register first.
4. Select your product from the list.
5. Click “Go”.
6. If you want to scan another code, repeat steps 1, 2, 4 and 5. The Eppendorf App is especially convenient if you want to scan several codes (use the button “Scan next code”).

If you prefer entering the code manually or if you have a label without QR code, you can, of course, still type in the code.

What QR code scanner can I use?

Any. Just visit the app store on your mobile device and look for “QR code scanner” or “QR code reader” or “Eppendorf App”. Using the Eppendorf App is especially convenient if you want to scan several codes.

What is the advantage of using the QR code?

You need not enter every epPoints code by hand. You can easily scan it.

Can I also order rewards by using my mobile device?

Yes. But you need to visit www.eppoints.com in your browser.
